    Very clean rooms. Not central. Nice view from the room and good connection to the train station.

    Only 1 bathrobe in a double room. Waiting times in the bar much too long and that despite few guests. At the breakfast hardly any staff that speaks English and generally too few seats. All in all simply no 5 stars

    The breakfast available was tasty and amazing with the most basic ingredients missing and american waffles, as example. I had functional and good-sized room with very comfortable beds.

    The breakfast was good, the location was perfect: quiet but very central with buses in front of the door.

    The bathtub is very high, so it was difficult to climb into it for showering.

    Room was pretty good. Excellent bed. Staff were mostly respectful and could speak English. Location is reasonable in terms of access to different parts of the town.

    Didn't like the Spa, sauna, and steam room. They weren't really up to the standards of a 5 Star hotel.

    The hotel offers an excellent lounge with a variety of delicious food and drinks. My junior suite was spacious and comfortable, with an excellent bed. I appreciate the attentive staff who provided really good service throughout my stay.

    As a very often guest everything what we could have from Sheraton brand - it was exactly this - luxury , good stuff in hotel , food , large rooms and quiet .

    It was easy for me to navigate as a senior, with smooth surfaces and convenient access to all areas of the hotel.

    More comfortable seating in the lounge would be appreciated.

    Exceptionally good breakfast selection with the most basic ingredients missing and also omelet station, everyone could find their favorite food. The service provided there was great. The stay in this fabulous and impressive hotel was wonderful and we would return there: )

    Internet is not included into the room charge, they charge additional money from your account not telling you upfront ("we did this just in case something can happen, we will return in 2 weeks if everything was ok"), you can hear your neighbours, the bathroom door lock got stuck just 10 min before we needed to go to airport (and looking at personnel reaction this was not the first time)

    The room was spacious, and the bed was comfy-just what I needed after a long journey! The location is perfect for exploring, and I appreciated having nearby public transportation options.

    Checking out reminded me of waiting for a bus in a queue-two counters open at lunchtime? And the staff lunch break? A touch dramatic! Do we need an intermission?
